Reflecting is defined as the process of thinking in which you take all available information that is provided, think on it, and make a decision about the actions that will follow from the information. When you are given a certain piece of information, and you stop to think about what you will do with it, whether you will release it, act on it, or simply ignore it, or keep it to yourself, then, you are following the process of reflection, or reflecting.
