"Enclosure Movement" was a cause of revolution in England in the early 1700s. It basically meant that wealthy farmers bought land from smaller, less wealthy farmers, which benefited from economies by farming huge parts of land.
"Urbanization is the process by which cities or societies grow and become urbanized. It's fairly similar to the word "urbanize".
