Yep, it will get easier over time you just have to keep working. In fact, I had to learn ENGLISH because my first language was Spanish. Imagine with all the slang and grammar! Put it this way and you'll see Spanish will become easier.
Its hard at first but once you keep learning it gets easier. When I was learning what was hard was pronouncing it but writing it was hard too. Just dont give up! It will get easier soon! ;)
