You should be wary of propaganda. It can occur in anything! Let's look at the Boston Massacre.
Colonies Newspaper would say...
Seven armed soldiers shoot unarmed men and children, killing and injuring many.
England's Newspaper would say...
Seven soldiers were forced to shoot men who were armed with rocks and ice. They started a riot, forcing the soldiers to do something.
The same thing happens between democratic and republicans news.
Hope this helps! Have a happy holiday!

Newspapers are important and can provide very useful information but you should be aware of biased articles or sometimes newspapers exaggerate events. Biased articles can be written making someone look good or bad. And some can make up something that never really happened which is where they could exaggerate. Most newspapers are pretty trust-worthy though, but these are some things you should be aware of. I hope this helps you!

Veronika [31]

Answer:

In “The Beginnings of the Maasai,” the daughter of the Maasai explains the relationship between the Maasai and their sky god Enkai. She explains how a volcanic eruption sent Enkai and the cattle into the sky. In order to save the cattle, Enkai created a giant tree that allowed them to walk back to earth. Then, Enkai entrusted Neiterkob, the narrator’s father, and his tribe to care for the cattle. As a result, the cattle are sacred to the Maasai, and the Maasai maintain a close connection with Enkai.
