Note that a^2 is a constant.  Thus, the given expression (x^3)/(a^2)-(x^2) is equivalent to (1/a^2)x^3 = x^2.

                                                                                                  x^4

Integrating the first term with respect to x results in (1/a^2)---------

                                                                                                      4

                                                                                             x^3

and integrating the second with respect to x results in -------- + C

                                                                                                3

where C is the constant of integration.  Thus, the overall indefinite integral is

            x^4           x^3

(1/a^2)---------  + ----------- + C

Hi!

\frac{x^3}{(a^2)-(x^2)}

<em>First remove parenthesis.</em>

\frac{x^3}{a^2-x^2}

<em>Factor a^2-x^2 or (x+a)(a-x)</em>

=\frac{x^3}{(a+x)(a-x)}

Hope this helps! Thank you for posting your question at here on Brainly. Have a great day.

Question 3
Crank

Step-by-step explanation:

Given that,

The mass of a patient = 70 kg

A 70kg patient has approximately 8 pints of blood.

The patient donates 470mL of blood.

We know that,

1 pint = 568 mL

8 pints = 4544 mL

Required fraction,

\dfrac{470}{4544}=0.1\\\\=\dfrac{1}{10}

So, the required fraction is approximately \dfrac{1}{10}.

Which point lies on a circle with a radius of 5 units and center at P(6, 1)?
guapka [62]

Answer:

B.

R (2,4)

soln

center(h,k)=(6,1)

radius (r)=5units

so

eqn of circle is (x-6)^2+(y-1)^2=5^2

2 2

or, 25=x +y -12x-2y+36+1 now , only the given point (6,1)satisfies the eqn so this point lies on circle
