Many teenagers love to drive around. In the USA, you get your learners permit at 16, and your license at 17. I think it would be reasonable if teens can get their learners' permit at 15, and their license by 16.

It would be D because a persuasive speech is when you can have an argument with somebody about a topic. People can disagree by saying drivers license age SHOULD NOT be changed.
