Is it healthy for me to keep all my problems inside and not talk about them ever?
Yuri [45]

Hi there!

From a personal view, I believe it would be best to talk about your problems. By holding everything inside, you're emotions might get the best of you, and you might just explode! Not literally, but you're emotions might all come out at once, and most likely you probably won't know where there coming from. For example, say your mad because your family doesn't pay attention to you, Instead of communicating to them what's wrong, you bottle your emotions up inside, and the next day you get mad over the smallest thing. By talking your problems out, you may get a better ideal on how to handle them, and you won't be as worried as much.

I hope this helps!
