Pros are your getting away from whatever is making you flee and cons are you may go to jail for trying to illegally leave/ enter a country

Some human rights are still valid eg. like the right to food and shelter, right to asylum in other countries from persecution
And it depends on why your running away from your country, like if your running from being killed then it does follow you but if your running from having to deal with a murder then it usually doesn’t
