One of the values of Enlightenment is tolerance, and tolerance is present in many current institutions

One example of tolerance is universities providing a sign language interpreter for Deaf students: this shows that they are inclusive of people with hearing impairments.

Another idea of Enlightenment is the empiricism in science - and I see the influence of this idea  in the methodology used for example in biology: all results have to be documented in detail.
