The basic trends in hominid evolution were terrestrial evolution, large brain, bipedalism, inclusion of meat protein in diet and civilization. These traits evolved over the time and found in modern human.

Explanation:

Hominid evolution is the trend of evolution from ancestors to modern human involving the five steps these are terrestrial evolution, large brain, bipedalism, inclusion of meat protein in diet and civilization.

Evolution is the term used for changes in characteristic features for natural selection or better survival and adaptation to the environment. The human share 99% of genetic sequence with chimpanzee, making the closer evolutionary relationship.

Evolutionary trend is a change in traits or character which results in significant change with time.

The idea of cooking the meat on fire is an example of increase brain size and evolution.

The evidences of bipedal locomotion was seen in several categories of early man studied in fossils show evolution in locomotion.

Bipedal locomotion is an example of transition of life from arboreal to terrestrial life hence terrestrial evolution.

The use of tools came in to existence leading to civilization and increase brain size.

The large energy requirement of brain tissue with increase in brain size meat was opted for fuelling the protein source.

How does having less carbon dioxide available in a biodome lead to fewer energy storage molecules being made in the biodome?
nirvana33 [79]
This process moves carbon from biotic to abiotic matter. Carbon dioxide in the biodome decreased because decomposers decreased which means there was a decrease in cellular respiration overall.
