I believe the answer for this is that English speakers generally make far more websites than Chinese speakers so more websites would be in English. This could be due to regulatory laws on the internet in China.
apprehensive would be correct. new parents often want to 'coddle' or protect their children as much as they possibly can, so being apprehensive would be the most accurate choice. hope i helped! :-)
