How does the setting of the story influence the development of the plot

It influences a lot because, as the story is evolving so is the setting.
It matters because, without setting there's no story.
I believe that setting is the most important part of a story because, it tells u many things..
For Example :

TIME /PLACE /BACKGROUND OF STORY /AND WHERE SOMETHING TAKES PLACE..

in the house, park, pools, hotels, movies, Etc....

Because in A, social life is affected by a disability, unfortunately.
Also, B, employers tend not to hire people with a disability because they think they cannot perform well.
C is also affected by a disability, because, if you don't have a job, you don't have money either.
