Morning jogs are one way to improve my activity level. One way to determine its effectiveness, is to pay attention to how long you can run at a time without needing to stop. Another way to improve physical activity, would be to spend an hour outside everyday. Whether it be to go on a walk, or play sports with friends. Being able to do this everyday would help my health very well!

If you pay close attention though, a guy who is into you will start complimenting you a little more, he will talk to you more openly and crack jokes way more often around you. If you ever happen to be around them when they are laughing, if they glance in your direction, they most likely have a crush on you. They will also laugh at all of your jokes, even the ones that you or even they themselves don't find really funny.
A girl who is into you will find their way to be around you and close to you when they can, and you will notice them hanging around you more often. The laughing test might not work as well for them, but it is usually a good indicator as well. Generally, they will find more reasons to hang out with the person they want to be with, and might even be upset when a chance gets taken away from them. This might not be the case with boys, however, because most don't really want to be seen as emotional.

The three ball passes in basketball are:
1. Overhead pass - the person holds the ball with both hands on top of his head then passes the ball to his partner/teammate. This is usually used when the passer is very far from the receiver.
2. Underhand pass - the person holds the ball with both hands placed in between the legs and passes the ball to the receiver. This is usually used when the passer is near the receiver.
3. Bounce pass - the person is holding the ball with one or both hands and passes the ball on the ground with the ball having a single contact to the floor before going to the receiver. This is usually performed when there is a blocker between the passer and the receiver.
