The FFA stands for Future Farmers of America. The creed was written by  E.M. Tiffany in 1928 and  adopted by the National FFA Organization in 1930 at the 3rd National FFA Convention.

The Neutrality and Isolation acts were reinforced in 1930’s, to prevent United States to get involved in wars. It’s main intention was to prevent any kind of export related to ammunition and weapons.  

The law insisted that any assignment found with weapons or war items it would be confiscated. It also warned that the U.S citizens if they wish to travel to any war zone that would be of their own risk and the government will not hold a stake on this. The law prevented any American individual or Bank to sponsor for any nation involved in war.
