It was the famous Thurgood Marshall who wrote: "<span>The Legal Attack to Secure Civil Rights." The excerpt mainly contains his ideals and principles with regards to the rise of civil rights movements in the United States. In addition, Thurgood Marshall was also the very first African-American justice in the US Supreme Court.</span>
