Answer:

The Columbian exchange was a positive thing for Europe since they got crops, and many merchandise. The only negative thing for them would be diseases but that is it. But, for the Americas, they got all negative, they lost crops, merchandise, land, power, money, less populations, etc. So with this above being said, Europe got mostly positive unlike the fact about the diseases but for the Americas, you could say they got mostly negative.
