Good Morning!

The differences between the way France and the United States governed after the revolutions are very clear. In the first place, the two revolutions are based on the ideas of the Enlightenment (civil rights, legal equality, freedom above all). This idea already breaks with the notion of absolutism or even monarchy. The criticism of this model is given by the concentration of power. The Republic becomes the ideal in both countries, since it represents, in the interpretation of the revolutionaries, a model different from that attached to the power given by the blood, now being characterized as a power by merit. The US Constitution guarantees, for example, in its basic principles, the right to free expression, which was not before when under English rule. <span>

Is the United States obligated to get involved in WWII following their involvement in WWI and with their status as a world power
xeze [42]

Answer:

There is no legal or required type of obligation only a moral one because Britain and France were allies with the U.S. and the U.S. was staying neutral. The U.S. being a world power definitely put pressure on the country to do something about both Japan and Germany. But there was no obligation because if there was the U.S. would have intervened in the war as early as 1939.

How was treatment of native americans different in pennslyvania
miv72 [106K]
Pennsylvania decided to treat the “savages” with dignity and respect. His critics said it would never work. Native Americans were encouraged to come to Philadelphia if they had grievances. For almost 75 years, from 1682 to 1755, Pennsylvania was the only colony that didn't have an army but had peace.
