Answer:

Person vs. Person

Person vs Society

Person vs Environment.

Explanation:

External Conflict exemplifies the clash between a person and an outside force which can be the antagonist, nature or some other force. The conflicts presented here that justifies this claim would be the Person vs, Person as it presents the external clash between two characters, Person vs Society as it represents the struggle of an individual with societal force, and the conflict of Person vs Environment as it too displays the conflict occurring outside the body of a character and illustrates a conflict between a person and an outside force. While the last option reflects an internal conflict as it occurs within an individual.

What is the best definition of statistics?
alexira [117]

Answer:

facts based on numbers

Explanation:

The best definition of statistics is that it's facts that are typically based on numbers i.e numerical data. The main purpose of statistics or statistical analysis is to gather, analyze and summarize data so as to draw an inference about a data set.

Descriptive statistics is a summary statistics that focuses on analyzing, describing, or explaining the characteristics of data contained in a population or obtained as a sample.

On the other hand, inferential statistics is solely based on drawing an inference from a sample or population and as such making predictions using the data.

A random variable is often used in statistics and probability, is a variable that has its possible values as numerical outcomes of a random experiment or phenomenon. It is usually denoted by a capital letter, such as X.

In statistics and probability, random variables are either continuous or discrete.

1. A continuous random variable is a variable that has its possible values as an infinite value, meaning it cannot be counted.

Example are the height of a randomly selected person, time it take to move from Texas to New York city, etc.

2. A discrete random variable is a variable that has its possible values as a finite value, meaning it can be counted.

Examples are the number of light bulbs that burn out in the next year in a room with 19 bulbs, the number of chicken in a district etc.

If you were offered immortality, would you take it. Why or why not.

(5-6) sentences
bixtya [17]

No, I would not take it because if you lived for the rest of the world then it would get boring and would seem like the same day over and over again. I would also not be able to see my family members that I grew up with and spent my life knowing and loving. Another reason why I wouldn't consider immportality for a choice to me is because maybe in the future things get worse and worse to live and because after all there is a lot of polution in the earth, who knows how much there will be in 100 years? I could not handle the anoyyance of just living for so many years wondering what will happen next. Or if things will change, because the same thing over and pver again is boring and not worth the power of imortality.
