Paul, the local high school football coach, has been told to stop leading a prayer in the locker room before football games. Ups

et with this decision he has his starting quarterback go up to the announcer booth before the game and lead the prayer there. Is this allowed?

I believe that this is allowed but only if the other players are okay with being in a prayer, hence <em>freedom of religion</em> in the first amendment... but, if all players are not okay with the prayer because they have different religions, then the prayer is not allowed. Having a quarterback go to the announcer booth and lead the prayer there is also not allowed, because not everyone will have the same religion.
