When deprived of nicotine, smokers experience a lot of symptoms. The symptoms are both physical and psychological in nature. Psychological symptoms include heightened levels of anger, irritability, anxiety, depression, impatience, restlessness, insomnia, weight gain, hunger, and difficulty in concentrating on tasks. Physically the body feel restless and tired.
