Dear Editor.
I believe that you, like me, are a great defender of the management of our city and the well-being of our population. For this reason, I decided to write this letter informing about the mismanagement of public parks in our city.
These parks were built with the use of public money and should be maintained by government officials with the same money, which is not a small amount, but which is not being invested correctly. Our parks are completely abandoned by the governors who have a terrible administration. It is no longer possible to take advantage of the park, due to the amount of problems it presents.
The amount of garbage accumulated in the place is absurd because the collection is not done regularly and many people understand that the place is abandoned and take the opportunity to throw garbage inappropriately. The entire physical structure of the park is destroyed, including the border wall, which allows more people to dump garbage, in addition to allowing the entry of dirty and even dangerous animals that can proliferate diseases.
In view of this, I urge you to publicize this situation so that the government's attention is drawn to this problem and that a solution can be established.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely
Raj Arora.
Answer:
Percy and Grover travel back to New York City by plane
Explanation:
In the Diary of Anne Frank act 2, the characters start to show their true colors. For example in scene 3 act 2, Mr. Van Daan was caught stealing food which shows him as a greedy and selfish person. Anne and Peter find out they might have feelings for each other as they both mature and grow together in the Secret Annex. Mr. and Mrs. Van Daan get more and more obnoxious throughout Act 2 by causing issues throughout the Annex. In scene 4 everybody in the Secret annex is getting nervous because the phone kept ringing and everybody was wary of it, they thought they had finally gotten caught. This was one of the most important parts of act 2 because it shows how careful the Jewish community had to be. They couldn't even pick up a phone without taking a chance on being taken away.
"it was biting cold" is personification and "The large flakes of snow covered her ringlets of fair hair" is imagery
