There are three main leadership styles that are widespread known.
The first one is the "Laissez-Faire Leadership" in which consist of minimal direction and supervision. One disadvantage of this kind of leadership is that the control could get lost by the direction and the response of employees does not meet the expectations of the job or the project.
The second one is the "Autocratic Leadership", which has been traditional across the years. This style consist of a constant supervision, which can cause stress on the employees and lack of creativity and propositivity by the team.
The last one and balanced one is the "Participative Leadership" in which it is intended to be in the middle of the two firts approach, giving to the team the freedom of use their own initiative but having at the same time a guideness and a control on the project. The disadvantage is that the balance is not easy to manage and either the team can get lost on guideliness or the leader can restrict in some way the initiatives of the team and this can lead to demotivation.
"Cloudy Day" by Jimmy Santiago Baca is to show how there can always be sunshine on a cloudy day. Meaning that no matter how bad things are, it could possibly b worse, so we should always be optimistic.
The purpose of the flashback is to show how the speaker has changed from the start of his prison time to the end.

Some of them stem from human interference while others are natural occurrences. Whether caused by humans or not, what is clear is that we must take action. Doing nothing might lead to severe consequences for our environment. These conscious acts are generally aimed at reducing greenhouse emissions thereby creating a safer environment.
It is important to save environment as life of living beings is completely dependent on it. Humans utilize the water for drinking, air for breathing and also use other natural resources for their regular everyday jobs. In fact, the food we consume like milk, eggs, and vegetables, are also derived from animals and plants, which is provided to us by the environment around us.
Environment can be saved by planting more trees, recycling, reusing, reducing pollution, creating awareness through environmental programs.
If we want to save the environment then, we should stop the exploitation of natural resources. Using these resources cautiously is very important to save the environment.
