From June 11th to July 5th of 1776, the Committee of Five, composed by Benjamin FRnklin, Thomas Jefferson, Roger Sherman, Jhon Adams and Robert Livingstone, were comissioned to wirte the Declaration of Independence, in which basically,the reasons for separating from Britain were explained.
