Answer:

Pneumonoultramicroscopicsilicovolcanoconiosis is one of the longest words ever in English. It has 45 letters and takes about 3 hours to figure out to read. Yet, if you break it up into root words it is easier to pronounce.

If you sent this poem to a woman and meant it to be a compliment, you'd soon get your head handed to you. In pieces.
