THE ANSWER IS OPTION C) 2000-2005

The following data is based on the World Integrated Trade Solution (WITS) statistics, and the digits expressed are expressed in U.S. dollars and they are approximate to the actual digits.

In 1990, exports to Mexico were 28 million. It increased until 1994 with 50 million but declined to 46 billion in 1995.

The following 5 years the exports consistently increased, reaching 111 million in 2000.

Between 2000 and 2005, US exports to Mexico remained approximately the same, in comparison with other years. In 2000, it registered 111 billions of exports, in 2001 decreased to 101 million, and from 2002 to 2003, the digit remained almost the same with 97 million. It increased the following year back to 110 and increased a bit more in 2005 with 120 million.

As for 2005 to 2010, it mostly increased from 120 million to 163 million with a variance in 2009 that decreased almost to 129 million but increased the following year.
