First of all I would like to comment about Goal  Theory which is the label used in educational psychology to discuss research into motivation to learn.

By the other hand the AEIOU theory for many teachers is concerned as a model that stresses effective communication as a way of  dealing with conflict s.

Goals must follow some guidelines if they are able to be realistically reached. A: Achievable. E: Established, I: Important to you. O: Outlined.   U: Under control.

Goals must follow this theory becasue when we have good goals we need to set Achievable goals, Established Important goals for us and Outline those Under your control. Its is a theory that definitely helps to underline goals in a better way
