The correct answer is: "the US Congress"

The US Tax Court is a federal trial court that was founded by the US Congress, complying with article I of the US Constitution (section 8) that entitles the Congress to establish courts with an inferior jurisdiction than that of the US Supreme Court.

The Tax Court is in charge of disputes related to the federal income tax. Tax matters can be litigated in different settings but this court is the only manner through which taxpayers can do so without having first paid the abovementioned disputed tax in full.

An action or decision that later serves as an example
valentina_108 [34]

Answer: An action or decision that later serves as an example is "Precedent"

Explanation:

An earlier incident or action which is considered an indicator or a reference to be used in similar circumstances afterwards is termed as "Precedent". There are two kinds available as persuasive precedents and binding precedents.

A precedent or authority is a legal case in common law legal systems that sets out a principle or rule. The court or other judicial bodies then use this principle or rule when deciding later cases with similar matters or facts.
