This is not only applicable to adults and kids, but to every relationship there is. There must be communication and understanding between two people for harmony. In this case, the adults should be more understanding to kids because they have passed that stage. Kids, even if it is difficult, must empathize with the adults'perspective. They must compromise to avoid conflicts and misunderstandings.
