The correct answer is A) A contract outlining the terms under which a landloard agrees to rent proprety to a tenant.

A lease is a common agreement used today in American society. Leases often refer to properties like apartments, condos, or homes. In this agreements, property owners outline a series of conditions and costs that the person leasing the property must abide by. The correct answer is A, simply because a lease is a contract outlining the terms under which a landlord agrees to rent property to a tenant.

Simply put, a lease refers to a contract that detailed the conditions or terms under which a person or a party agrees to rent out a property that belongs to another party.

Further Explanation

Some of the things included on a residential property lease are:

 • The location of the property
 • The duties of the landlord
 • The responsibilities of the Tenant

Also, tenant responsibilities include

 • The rent amount
 • The rent due date
 • Pet policies
 • Security deposit
 • Implications of breach of contract

Although, not all leases are of the same pattern but generally a lease must contain the lessor, rent amount, due date, Lessee, etc

For the contract to be properly effected, the landlord would demand that the tenant signed the lease, and signing the lease by the tenant indicates such tenant has agreed to the details of the lease before he or she can occupy the property.

The implications of breaking the lease by the landlord will result in a civil lawsuit and a tenant may also have problems renting a new property if the terms of the contract are not strictly adhered to.

Vladimir [108]
Hey I'm a freshman in IB in celebration high school in central Florida. If you're considering the IB program it's probably because you're bright and school has always come easy to you. The hardest part of IB is for the smartest kids who have always had it easy (myself included), because now it's not so easy. It means studying (I had never studied before), it means not allowing yourself to get distracted at all or you will work till 1-2 am daily. It also means less free time ( this was hardest on me). It is ready once you changed your mindset to "school first, play second" (something I've never had). But in the end you're so prepared to heavy workloads and for college. Colleges know this when they see an IB diploma so they like these kids a lot and accept them often (if you're grades are at the very minimum C or B average. (Ivy league won't accept less than A's across the board usually). In the end you likely get to a good college and do well in college that is the plus.

A). Food and Drug Administration (FDA)

-The FDA was established around the early 1900s (06') after health problems between production and regulations of factory processed food [and drugs], mostly on the process of meat. (I remember learning this in US History, they blended rats along with human fingers in some of the meat, selling it to people. The book: "The Jungle" also caused this act to come in place)
-I didn't mean to go into history of this lol

The other answers would not make sense as their mission focuses on other regulations.

Hope this helps :)
