Why is important to determine who would be in control of the reconstruction plans between the executive and legislative branches of the government? Explain in 125 words.

It is important to know who would do the Reconstruction Plan because the future of the people is at stake. For instance during the time of Jonson and Lincoln, that era was time of the War between the slave state and the anti-slave states.  It plays a vital role because if, for example the Union would win, Racial Discrimination will be an issue throughout the years while if the other would win, the tendency of economic problems would arise.
