Iron is changed into steel by blowing oxygen through the molten metal from the Blast Furnace. This oxidises the impurities in the molten metal. Carbon is a major impurity in Blast Furnace metal. Explain how blowing oxygen through the molten metal helps to remove the carbon.

Overworked mostly..... unless your in a on call position, which technically then it would happen. People who work "Salary" are often exposed to those conditions. In a unfair society, unfortunately employers know how to expose loopholes, and if the employee needs the job bad enough.... they must "obey" their employer. I call bull on this one.... lulz
