In three to four sentences, describe how the character of Hamlet changed over the course of Shakespeare’s play.

English
1 answer:
Sauron [17]3 years ago
5 0

Answer: I think of Hamlet's changes as more of a wavy line--moving up and down--than abrupt turnarounds. After the Ghost speaks to Hamlet, he is steadfast in his desire for revenge, and then he wavers. He gets "proof" that Claudius did, indeed murder the king--and then he wavers. The soliloquies are, indeed, the evidence of those waverings.

Read the passage from A Room of One’s Own.
igor_vitrenko [27]

Answer:

The underlined phrases suggest that men compete one another for fame.

Explanation:

This is because the text shows how the men urge to take the possession of the things they pass by, a woman, a dog or even a tombstone by writing their name on it. Their desire is not easy to resist and the women are not concerned as much the men are concerned with their fame while passing by anything or as such.
