The answer is está. This is the answer because it’s saying that the object is in the kitchen. Estamos is incorrect because it means we are, estoy is in correct because it’s saying i am, and estas is incorrect because it’s saying you are. :)
If the question is to make it into a proper sentence then you take out en so it says, Muchos jóvenes llevan todo lo que necesitan cuando viajan.
