the chines language system has a profound effect on japan writing system but it is believed that Chinese letters first influenced the Japanese oral language the initial stage writing was done in japan by immigrants from China. The Chinese characters adopted in the Japanese language are known as Kanji.

Influence of Religion:

Chinese philosopher spread the ideas if Taoism in Japan. Later the legal system of Japan was influenced by chines legal system. The introduction of Buddhism in japan is also credited to Chinese monks. Japan monks studied the ideals of Buddhism in China and later spread it in the home country.

Influence of Good:

China and Japan were at proximity in South East Asia and thus exchange between them was inevitable goods were regularly exchanged and influence was unavoidable.
