Yes because the cool air from a near by water source migrates toward the land to take the place of the hot air rising while the air over an area of water would be warmer because it is absorbing solar energy from the sun

Well there are multiple answers. the Native Americans were forced to covert to Christianity or else they would die. Many to all were put to work as slaves too. Poor work conditions and diseases led to the decline of the Native American colonies. They also died and lost a huge population due to battling the Europeans that arrived in high quality armor and weapons, along with horses. even though the Europeans were outnumbered, they defeated the Native Americans due to te advantages they had.
