Option C is correct: i and iii only

This is because both of these answers are reasonable things to do if one fails an exam. They will help one to improve and obtain better scores. 
ii, however, would not help anyone. Complaining to a professor about his/her teaching style is not likely to fix the problem, but trying to make the best of the professor's teaching style by speaking with him/her will certainly help.
