The answer is ; GRAM POSITIVE / PURPLE

Gram-positive bacteria have a cell wall mainly composed of peptidoglycan layer and teichoic acid embedded within the peptidoglycan layers. This is why the gram-positive bacteria are able to retain the gram stain and remain purple even after washing with alcohol.

kirza4 [7]
The rate-limiting step for the secretion of secretory proteins or the appearance at the plasma membrane for membrane protein is generally thought to be the rate of exit from the ER. Biosynthesis in or at the ER, including folding, modifications, and assembly, hence is the most crucial step for efficient secretion.

Antibodies are very specific to the antigen’s shape. Make a connection to two other shape-specific proteins.
Oduvanchick [21]
I’d talk about how enzymes have that induced fit model. A substrate is unique to that specific enzyme. The substrate binds to the enzymes active site (or sometimes allosteric site) which in turn alters the conformation or shape of that particular enzyme
