I think i is c. sentence three because sentence 1 and 2 is just a question trying to get you into the idea like an introduction and sentences 4 and 5 are supporting details to sentence 3.
***remember that topic sentences do not have to be in the first sentence. it can be anywhere as long as it fits in he paragraph***
