They would also be interested in know how the world operated prior to the internet age as well as before Globalization became the norm. They would study current world trends to see how it is that Global Governance was still at it's infancy and the struggle between privacy as well as security.

In a thousand years from now, Historians would most likely conclude that our focus was so much on technological progress that our performance with regard to social progress was sub-par.

Low Social progress being that we still saw humanity at this (from what will then be considered primitive thinking or paradigm) as largely segregated due to biological and geographical conditions over which we had no control.
