The answer is -65, -13, -7.6, 7.6, 34, 55, 62.5
Although the negative numbers may seem larger than the positive numbers that is not the case since negative numbers are below zero.

Such as this is the case of transition from negative to positive

Which of the following statements is not true of scientific experiments? Which of the following statements is not true of scient
Alenkinab [10]

Answer:

The false statement is: They must occur under carefully controlled conditions found in a laboratory.

Step-by-step explanation:

Scientific experiments do not always occur in laboratories, also, in the case of social studies, the experiments are done under not controlled conditions to prove the hypothesis.

On the other hand, all scientific experiments must be well documented and they always give useful results (in case the hypothesis is rejected, future investigations will use other hypothesis).

What is an equation of the line that passes through the point (1, -3) and is
Savatey [412]

Answer:

  3x -y = 6

Step-by-step explanation:

When the equation of a line is given in the form ax+by=c, the perpendicular line through point (h, k) will be ...

  bx -ay = bh -ak

Here, we have a=1, b=3, h=1, k=-3, so the line is ...

  3x -y = 3(1) -(1(-3))

  3x -y = 6

Factor (2x^2+4x) + (1x+2)
tensa zangetsu [6.8K]

Answer:

(2x + 1) (x + 2)

Step-by-step explanation:

2x² + 4x + 1x + 2

They are already arranged, so you just have to find the GCF. 2x² + 4x  have the GCF of 2 and 1x + 2 have the GCF of 1.

2x (x + 2) + 1(x + 2)

Now you divide the whole thing by x + 2.

2x (x + 2) + 1(x + 2)/ x + 2

One of them cancels out  leaving (2x + 1) and (x+2)
