Answer:

Step-by-step explanation:

Given is a function as 1 divided by the quantity x minus 10 squared

Mathematically translating we get

the function

f(x) =\frac{1}{(x-10)^{2} }

Since the function become undefined at x=10 we get

vertical asymptote is

x=10

Limit x tends to 10 of f(x) will exist since both limits are equal

This is because let x tends to 0 from left.

Then we have

f(x) = \frac{1}{(x-10)^{2} }-->\infinity

Right limit also will be +infinity

This is because the curve is symmetrical about x=10 and hence limit would be +infinity.

Graphing it @ https://www.desmos.com/calculator , we get that f(x) clearly approaches inf at x=10 and a vertical asymptote is clearly 10

musickatia [10]

Answer:

Option A = 75 is the best option

Step-by-step explanation:

It took Ashlie 2.5 hours (11:30 am - 2pm) to assemble the marketing packets

Rate = Number of jobs done/Time taken = 90 packages/hr

Number of jobs done = Rate * Time taken = 90 * 2.5 = 225 packages.

Dwayne has assembled the same number of packages = 225 (as reported in the question),

It took Ashlie 2.5 hours (11 am - 2pm)

Then, his work rate is calculated as:  Number of jobs done/Time taken = 225 packages/3 hours = 75

Thus, option A = 75 is the best option

Answer:

A. 75

Step-by-step explanation:

to get the average mark multiply the result by it's associated weight

93 × 10% = 9.3

82 × 30% = 24.6

72 × 40% = 28.8

60 × 20% = 12

then add these numbers to get his average 74.7 which is closest to 75
