Parliamentary democracy--the type of government has a Prime Minister who heads the legislative branch and works with the executive.

In Parliamentary democracy, the Parliament has law making ability and members are elected by citizens of the country. The Prime Minister heads the Parliament and is also elected by the citizens of the country. The executive either works with the Prime Minister or is more of a figure-head, meaning they have no real power. Turkey and Israel both modeled their government after Great Britain.

Dimas [21]

Answer:

The Zimmerman Telegram was a message from Germany to Mexico where Germany tried to make an alliance with Mexico in case the U.S joined the war.   Germany said that they would let Mexico have their old territory back, which included Texas.   This upset many Texans because they didn't want to go back to be under Mexico's control because they had taken a lot of time to gain Independence, and were happy with their lives in America.
