Concurrent powers are the powers held by both the federal and the state government. Delegated powers are the powers kept only with the central government and the reserved powers are the powers not given to any organ of the government.

Explanation:

Delegated (some of the time called enumerated or expressed) powers are explicitly allowed to the government in Article I, Section 8 of the Constitution. This incorporates the ability to coin money, to regulate commerce, to announce war, to raise and keep up military, and to set up a Post Office.

Concurrent power is a political power independently exercisable by both federal and state governments in the same field of legislation. In the United States, examples of the concurrent powers shared by both the federal and state governments include the power to tax, build roads, and to create lower courts.

Reserved forces, residual powers, or residuary forces are the forces which are neither restricted or unequivocally given by law to any organ of government. Such powers, just as general intensity of fitness, are given since it is unfeasible to detail in enactment each demonstration permitted to be done by the state.

Answer:

C. American officials believed that north Korea was prepares ti attack the united states next

Explanation:

While the end of World War II brought peace and prosperity to most Americans, it also created a heightened state of tension between the Soviet Union and the United States. Fearing that the Soviet Union intended to "export" communism to other nations, America centered its foreign policy on the "containment" of communism, both at home and abroad. Although formulation of the Truman Doctrine, Marshall Plan, and the Berlin Airlift suggested that the United States had a particular concern with the spread of communism in Europe, America's policy of containment extended to Asia as well. Indeed, Asia proved to be the site of the first major battle waged in the name of containment: the Korean War.

Why was the decision in Dred Scott v. Stanford so significant?
KIM [24]

Answer:

The Significance of Dred Scott v Sanford is that the decision was a landmark decision during the time, as it delcared that all African-American, regardless of freed or enslaved status, were not to be declared legal citizens of the United States. It also declared the Missouri Compromise unconstitutional. While it was intended to settle the slavery debate and tensions going on at the time, it instead deepened tensions between the abolitionist North and pro-slavery South that would eventually lead to Civil War. In contemporary times, Dred Scott is considered one of, if not the worst Supreme Court ruling in the Supreme Courts history.
