Are the ratios 8/12 and 10/25 proportional? (Explain in steps)

= (8/4) / (12/4)
= 2/3

10/25
= (10/5) / (25/5)
= 2/5

Because 2/3 ≠ 2/5, 8/12 and 10/25 are not proportional~

8/12 < lets simplify this

8/4 = 2
12/4 = 3

8/12 = 2/3

10/25

10/5 = 2
25/5 = 5

10/25 = 2/5

2/5 ≠ 2/3

subtract 2y from 8y

now plug in to each equation for angles

2(18)+6= 42°

now I dont think you can solve for x and y in an equation. 3x=180

divide 3 from 180

180/3 = 60

x=60

plug 60 into 3x=180 and get 180°.

angles for x are 180°

Solving for Edges
