There are three productive resources that are very useful to building a house. The first one is land. Land plays a big role into just about anything, but when it comes to building a house you have to have land to be able to work on. the second resource is machines. Honestly how are you going to build a house without and kind hand tools and power tools. Last but not least is people. You can't build anything if there is nobody to do it. So, therefore there are the three main things you need to build a house.
