Norms are the typical, normal, usual, standard or average of a set of principles, disciplines, structures, behaviors, fashions and many aspects of the current society. Including norms in the paper helps you explain as to why you stand in a certain particular field with the influence of what is the norm these days. In a smaller view, take for instance, a situation where you’ll have to explain why there are people who has more mobile phones in stand. You can include because it is the norm and many people use it, for necessity and pragmatic reasons such as communication and social dealings.
