What is a major scale with an added flat 3rd, 5th, & 7th called im super confused

Well, when you take a major chord (Let's just use C as an example since the key is simple), if you flat the 3rd, you get a minor c chord, and if you flat the 3rd AND the 5th you get a diminished. Flating the 7, though, is where I get slightly confused, in a harmonic minor scale, you RAISE (sharp) the 7, not lower.

Okay I asked my piano professor and he said it's a Blues Scale!!!
