Answer:

Buddhism tradition and is an important economic archipelago ( Tourism, Agriculture and fishing)

Explanation:

The Zhoushan archipelago located in Eastern China close to Japan is a heterogeneous terrain with mountains and plains filling the entire landscape caused by its geological connection with the Tiantai Mountain mountain ranges in Zhejian.

The archipelago is Culturally important for the region and the country because of its Buddhist tradition, stories dated from 2000 AD say that the Buddhist temples of the region where created to held the Goddes of mercy statue that "didn't want to leave China" and for this reason these temples became very important for Buddhist. The archipelago also suffered the damages of the many wars throughout the years, it was occupied and destroyed by their enemies, like the Dutch looting the region in 1661 and the British occupation in 1839 in the Opium war, the archipelago was rebuilt after the Buddhist grew again in power.

Nowadays the beautiful scenery of the archipelago and the massive temples makes it an attractive tourist attraction for both Buddhists and people just enjoying the landscape. And because of the sediments brought by the Yangtze River river, the land is quite fertile and is used heavily for rice farming and also the fish are abundant making the region a traditional fishing civilization. These aspects combined with the strategic location of the archipelago makes it an important region for China.

Uraguay and Paraguay are two nations located in South America, and they have lot of similarities between them. One big difference though is that Uruguay is coming out on ocean waters, while Paraguay is landlocked. Uruguay uses the Rio de la Plata as the most important place for its ports, thus for trading globally, while Paraguay is not able to do so as it doesn't have access to the Rio de la Plata.
