Since there are no option choices, here are the four freedoms that Franklin D. Roosevelt discussed in his speech to Congress:
1) The freedom of speech and expression. 2) The freedom of religion/worship any God that they see fit. 3) The freedom from want- this referred to the economic situation of people who were struggling in Europe after World War II. 4) Freedom from fear.- It was FDR's hope that countries would not result to unnecessary acts of aggression against each other.
Black codes were restrictive laws designed to limit the freedom of African Americans and ensure their availability as a cheap labor force after slavery was abolished during the Civil War.
