Answer:

d. 8\text{ ft}^3

Step-by-step explanation:

We have been given that Cheng measures each edge of each base to be 2 feet. The height of the whole sculpture is 6 feet.

First of all, we will find height of each pyramid by dividing height of whole sculpture by 4 as:

\frac{6\text{ ft}}{4}=1.5\text{ ft}

We know that volume of a pyramid is equal to 1/3 of base area times height that is V=\frac{bh}{3}, where b represents area of base.

V=\frac{(2\text{ ft})^2\times\text{ 1.5 ft}}{3}=4\times 0.5\text{ ft}^3=2\text{ ft}^3

Since volume of one pyramid is equal to 2 cubic feet, so volume of 4 pyramids will be 4 times 2 cubic feet that is 8 cubic feet.

Therefore, Cheng must purchase 8 cubic feet of material.

hjlf

Answer:

Angle T= 36 degrees

Angle V= 54 degress

Step-by-step explanation:

okay so you know that this is a right angle and that all angles in a triangle add up to 180 degress

using that info,

you can say

2x+3x+90= 180

5x+90=180

5x= 180-90

5x= 90

x= 18

measure of angle T= 2x

2(18)= 36 degrees

measure of angle V= 3x

3(18)= 54 degrees

I hope this helps <3

What is the order of these fractions from least to greatest 2/3 7/10 5/8 65/100
baherus [9]

Answer:

hello : 5/8; 65/100   ; 2/3   ; 7/10

Step-by-step explanation:

lcm:  (least common divisor) for : 3 ; 10 ; 8 ; 100 is  600

2/3 = (2×200)/(3×200) = 400 /600

7/10 = (7×60)/(10×60) = 420 /600

5/8 = (5×75)/(8×75) = 375 /600

65/100 = (65×6)/(100×6) = 390 /600

the order of these fractions from least to greatest  is:

5/8 ; 65/100   ; 2/3   ; 7/10
